Individual Membership, Course and Certification

When you become a member of the Institute, you join possibly the largest strategy implementation community in the world. Anyone is eligible to become a member of the Institute and it is not necessary to participating in the online course or certification. Membership to the Institute is US$90 per year (normal $120) and the first year membership fee is waived when you simultaneously register for the strategy implementation online course.

Course Participation Includes an Electronic Copy of the Strategy Implementation Body of Knowledge (SIBoK)

A significant benefit for joining the Institute and taking the course is being able to download the over 300 pages SIBoK (valued at $199).

The SIBoK is designed to assist members through the course and taking the exam. But more importantly, it is designed as a reference book to assist you to continuously improve your strategy implementation. As we upgrade the course we will continue to upgrade our body of knowledge. The SIBoK summarizes the course material and references numerous links to videos and articles.  You receive the password for downloading the SIBoK upon joining the course to become a Strategy Implementation Professional.

The global Strategy Implementation Institute community of practice serves as a repository of resources, ideas and tools. These are created by the community members working to improve the way organizations implement their strategies. Members exchange new ideas, best practices, and current challenges via discussion forums and webinars.
