Antonio Nieto Rodriguez and Robin Speculand are co-founders of the Strategy Implementation Institute. Antonio is the author of the Harvard Business Review Project Management Handbook and the world’s leading champion of Project Management. Robin is the author of World’s Best Bank and a global pioneer and specialist in strategy and digital implementation. They came together when they realized a shared passion to support leaders in successfully implementing strategy. Because leaders are typically taught how to plan but not how to implement, this missing skill set contributes to the high failure rate of implementations.
